Brandon Tarver founded Tarver Associates after a distinguished career in Fortune 100 companies and prominent family-owned brands. Having grown in corporate leadership roles at Sears, Roebuck & Co. and The Home Depot, Brandon also served in roles in family-owned businesses HoneyBaked Ham, Jaipur Living, and Incomm Payments, seeing firsthand the unique challenges family businesses face. While these businesses thrive on passion and vision, they often lack the strategic tools and processes that larger corporations take for granted. Inspired to bridge this gap, Brandon established Tarver Associates to empower family businesses with the knowledge, strategies, and support needed to succeed.
With decades of experience in leadership development, supply chain optimization, inventory management, customer growth, and operational turnarounds, Brandon brings a wealth of expertise to every engagement. His father, Charlie Tarver, a former Fortune 100 V.P. with 40 years of corporate experience, serves as an occasional advisor, offering invaluable insights.
